- Sourdough bread
- Avocado
- Egg
- Red Chili Flakes
- Feta Cheese
- Sirirach Mayo
Making your avocado toast
- Start by getting a small pot and bringing it to a boil. While your water is begining to boil crack your egg into a small bowl. When the water is boiling bring it to medium heat, and get a fork and make a twiriling motion in the pot. Place your egg in the water while the water is twirling. Allow the egg to cook in the water for two and a half minutes.
- Get your sourdough bread and place it into your toaster until it is golden brown.
- Cut your avocado and half and smash half of it into a bowl
- Spread the avocado on the toasted sourdough bread.
- Place the poached egg on the toast.
- Sprinkle red pepper chili flakes & feta cheese on top.
- Drizzle sirirach mayo on the avocado toast as the finishing touch.
